Healthy Environments Loving Parents Services (HELPS) Foster Family Agency, is a non-profit agency founded in May, 1990 to provide comprehensive case management services to children in need of out of home placement. This may include physically and emotionally troubled youth, pregnant teens, and drug affected children.

HELPS is dedicated to providing carefully matched foster homes to meet the special needs of individual children in out of home placements. HELPS is committed to providing comprehensive training and follow-up services for foster parents to ensure quality care and stability of placement. HELPS is licensed in five neighboring counties, El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin and Yolo, and is a certified agency of the United Way of California.
